Monitoring criteria

LEAN suspected when I-component is considered (K_LA_TRIM_DIAG_I_MIN_SCHW recognition of I-component at limit) leads to targeted RICH/LEAN control activation; if pre-cat and post-cat sensors react accordingly, a trim control error is recognized.
