Pulse test

A test pulse is sent to the multiplexer input of CC196 IC and its effect on the integrator amplitude is monitored within a measuring window. An error is assumed if the integral of the test pulse lies below a calibrated threshold. The corresponding maximum fault KRIC is set as soon as a calibrated number of consecutive fault assumptions is exceeded. The fault path is cleared when the same numbers of consecutive test pulse measurements are performed without detecting a fault.
