51 34 211 Replacing Rubber Guide For Rear Left Or Right Door Window

Special tools required: 

• 00 9 317 

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove decorative strip on window frame  of rear door. See 51 22 302 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING CHROME STRIP FOR WINDOW CAVITY COVER STRIP, REAR LEFT OR RIGHT .

Lever out rubber guide (2) on door window frame (1) with special tool 00 9 317. 

Pull rubber guide (1) out of window guide at front and rear.

Pull rubber guide (1) off door window frame and remove.

Installation: 

Prior to installation, coat rubber guide (1) with soapy solution (washing-up liquid).

Ensure rubber guide (1) is correctly seated in rubber guide.
