66 20 540 Removing and Installing/Replacing a Rear Ultrasonic Transducer (Park Distance Control)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove body molding for rear bumper  See 51 12 432 REPLACING CENTRAL BODY MOLDING ON REAR BUMPER

Unlock catches (1) and pull ultrasonic transducer (2) out of fixture (3).

Installation: 

Retaining hooks (1) of ultrasonic transducer (2) must engage audibly in mountings (3).
