51 34 160 Removing and installing/replacing housing cover on inner left or right door window frame

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Security version:

Cover is designed as armor plating and bonded to DOOR WINDOW FRAME , replacement is not possible.

Version with roller sun blind on rear door:

If necessary, unclip cover (1) and release screw (2) underneath.

Remove hook (3) on cover (4).

Replacement:

If necessary, release screw (1) on hook (2).

Remove hook (2) in direction of arrow from cover (4).

Version without roller sun blind:

If necessary, lever out cover (1) in direction of arrow.

NOTE:

Do not tear off cover (1) in area (2).
