Removal & Installation

  1. Read out fault memory of control unit and, if necessary, print diagnostic record.
  2. Remove brake master cylinder for DSC. See MASTER CYLINDER .
    3. CAUTION: Seal off connection bores with plugs.
  3. Disconnect plug connection (1) to control unit. See Fig 1.
  4. Remove brake lines. See BRAKE LINES
  5. Release screw and feed out DSC unit with retaining fixture towards top.
  6. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten all screws and connections to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
