Repair procedures (plant/service)
- Check level sensor data directly at flange
- Check variation in sensor data by rocking / knocking on the tank
- Carefully open the tank flange, check for binding in the float lever
- Replace the fuel level sensor only if binding is found in the float lever (distorted sensor lever, bearing resists motion)
