13 71 000 Removing and installing/replacing intake silencer housing (N55)

Necessary preliminary work:

Remove INTAKE DUCT

Detach line clip (1) from intake silencer housing in upward direction.

NOTE: For clarification purposes, the drawing does not show upper part of intake silencer housing installed.

Release clamp (1).

Tightening torque 13 71 3AZ .

Pull intake silencer housing (2) off rubber mounts in an upward direction and remove.

Reassemble the vehicle.
