Removal & Installation

Extend steering wheel setting up to stop. Lever out adjusting switch (1) and disconnect plug. Release screw. See Fig 1 .
Press lower section of steering column trim inwards on both sides in area shown and detach from below. Pull off lower section of steering column trim towards rear with a forceful jolt. See Fig 2 .
To install, reverse removal procedure. Locking unit (1) must locate in the hook (2). See Fig 3 .
