72 11 ... Removing and installing/replacing seat belt for 3rd seat row on left or right

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove panel for roof pillar at rear. See 51 43 259 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING TRIM FOR REAR ROOF PILLAR (D-PILLAR), LEFT OR RIGHT .
- Remove luggage compartment trim panel. See 51 47 151 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING LEFT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT WHEEL ARCH TRIM (WITH 3RD SEAT ROW) .
The operation is shown without the capping for improved clarity.
Release screw (1). Installation: Replace screws (1). Tightening torque 72 11 40AZ, see 72 11 SEAT BELTS . Remove inertial reel mechanism (2). Installation: Inertia reel mechanism (2) is coded against incorrect installation.
