37 14 512 Replacing Rear Ride-Height Sensor

NOTE: Ride-height sensor holder on rear axle carrier, see 37 14 2AZ in 37 14 ELECTRIC COMPONENTS
Jointed rod on swinging arm, see 37 14 6AZ in 37 14 ELECTRIC COMPONENTS
IMPORTANT: Read and comply with notes on protection against electrostatic damage (ESD protection). See 61 35... NOTES ON ESD PROTECTION (ELECTRO STATIC DISCHARGE)

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Release nut (2) and disconnect jointed rod.

Installation: 

Sensor lever (3) must point from ride-height sensor to respective rear wheel.

Replace self-locking nut.

Tightening torque, see 37 14 4AZ in 37 14 ELECTRIC COMPONENTS

Release screws (1) and remove ride-height sensor (2).

Tightening torque, see 37 14 3AZ in 37 14 ELECTRIC COMPONENTS
