Diagnosis and Information System (DIS)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove acoustic cover. Unfasten screws. Raise acoustic cover and remove towards front.
Remove right ignition coil cover.
Connect DIS Tester.

Test:

Call up Diagnosis
Select car > right arrow key
Function selection
- Complete vehicle
- Drive
- Engine management
  - Valve gear
  - Valvetronic variable valve gear
  - Mechanical components/function
Test schedule > right arrow key
- Compression test > right arrow key
Follow DIS Tester instructions.
NOTE: Clear fault memory
