52 30... Removing and installing/replacing rear left or right head restraint guide

Necessary preliminary tasks 

Press backrest cover with padding next to guide downwards to expose detent lugs.

Unlock detent lugs on left and right with screwdriver and remove guide towards top.

IMPORTANT: Risk of damage!
Tape off backrest cover next to head restraint guide.
