51 23 110 Removing and installing/replacing left hood/bonnet lock

Unclip coupling (1) from side panel.

Lever out cover (2) at coupling (1).

Lever cable (3) out of coupling (1).

NOTE: The operation "Disconnect cable for hood/bonnet lock" ends here.

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 51 23 2AZ .

Feed out hood/bonnet lock (1) through opening (2) towards rear.

Disengage Bowden cable (1) in direction of arrow from engine hood lock (2).
