51 14 011 Replacing rear BMW badge

Special Tools Required 

Important! 

The notes  on component bonding with double-sided adhesive tape serve as the basis for this repair instruction and must be observed without fail. The BMW badge must be replaced after it is removed.

Removing badge 

Heat BMW badge (1) with hot air blower and carefully lever out with special tool 00 9 323 .

Fitting badge 

Installation note:  

Grommets (1) must not be damaged.

Pull liner off adhesive tape (2), position badge over guide pins (3) and press down firmly.
