51 22 351 Replacing Window Cavity Seal In Inside Left Or Right Rear Door (With Roller Sun Blind)

Necessary Preliminary Tasks: 

• Remove chest strip on rear door. Refer to 51 42 400 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING CHEST STRIP (CHROME STRIP) ON LEFT OR RIGHT REAR DOOR (WITH ROLLER SUN BLIND) .
• Remove door trim panel from rear door. Refer to 51 42 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING LEFT OR RIGHT REAR DOOR TRIM PANEL .

Front Window Cavity Seal: 

Pull off seal (1) in direction of arrow.

Rear Window Cavity Seal: 

Detach roller sun blind (1) from retainers (2).

Pull off rear seal (3) towards top.
