Displays In BMW Radio "Professional" (RAD2, E90 Only)

When the "MENU" button is pressed, the following functions can be called up in the "Telephone" submenu:
- Enter and dial phone number
- Telephone directory entries A - Z
- Show accepted calls
- Dialled numbers (list with last 10 phone numbers dialled)
- Show missed calls
