51 32 420 Removing and installing/replacing finisher on front door window frame, left or right

Necessary Preliminary Tasks: 

• Remove window cavity cover strip on outside of front door. Refer to 51 21 300 REMOVING AND INSTALLING OR REPLACING WINDOW RECESS COVER STRIP ON OUTSIDE OF LEFT OR RIGHT FRONT DOOR .

  Partially detach rubber window seal (1) at rear.

Release screws (1).

Remove finisher (2) and press approx. 3 mm towards rear.

Remove finisher (1) towards top.

Installation: 

Following parts must not be damaged or missing:

Installation: 

Check finisher (1) for damage, replace if necessary.
