51 32 211 Replacing front left or right rubber guide for left or right door window

Necessary Preliminary Tasks: 

• Remove front window cavity cover strip. Refer to 51 21 300 REMOVING AND INSTALLING OR REPLACING WINDOW RECESS COVER STRIP ON OUTSIDE OF LEFT OR RIGHT FRONT DOOR .
• Remove sound insulation from front door. Refer to 51 48 060 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING SOUND INSULATION IN LEFT OR RIGHT FRONT DOOR .

Pull rubber guide (1) completely out of front door.

Installation: 

Moisten rubber guide (1) with water before fitting.

Insert rubber guide at front/bottom into window guide rail.

Rubber guide (1) must not be damaged in corners (2).
