63 12 870 Replacing Ignition Unit For Left Xenon Headlight (From 10/2003)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

N62 only:

Release screws (1).

NOTE: Make sure cover caps (3) and (4) are firmly seated.

Lay equipment carrier (2) to one side.

Release screws (1) and remove cover (2) in direction of arrow.

Installation:

Make sure seal of cover (2) is correctly seated.

Disconnect plug connection (1) in direction of arrow.

Turn ignition unit for xenon headlight (2) in direction of arrow and remove.
