Remove rear door trim panel. See 51 42 000 Removing And Installing Rear Left Or Right Door Trim Panel .

Remove cover on door handle. See 51 41 017 Removing And Installing/Replacing Cover On Door Handle, Front Left Or Right .

Release screw (1).

Release screw (1) and detach door handle (2) from door trim panel (3).

Installation: 

Screw (1) and sleeve (2) on door handle (3) must not be damaged.
