Coil Spring: Installation
CAUTION:
Spring pad must be positively seated in its take up mount. If not, there is danger that the coil spring will spring out of the centering mount. This will cause noises or impaired functions with changes to driving performance.
- To install, reverse removal procedure. Coat spring pad with anitseize agent.
- When attaching stabilizer link to swinging arm, tighten fastener to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- When attaching shock absorber to swinging arm, insert bush into swinging arm bore. Tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
