63 99 140 Replacing Bulb For Side Marker Lamp, Front Left

EUR only up to 10/2003:

If necessary, disconnect plug connection (1).

Turn bulb holder (2) through approx. 90° in direction of arrow and remove.

Pull bulb for side marker lamp out of bulb holder (2).

N62 only:

Release screws (1).

NOTE: Make sure cover caps (3) and (4) are firmly seated.

Lay equipment carrier (2) to one side.

All from 10/2003:

Press catch (1).

Fold back cover (2) and remove.

Installation:

Make sure seal of cover (2) is correctly seated.

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Turn bulb for side marker lamp (2) in direction of arrow and remove.

Installation:

Make sure sealing ring is correctly seated.
