61 62 030 Replacing wiper arm for rear window wiper: Procedure

Lever out cap (1) at side and remove.

Installation: 

Catches (1) of cap (2) must not be damaged.

Unscrew nut (1).

Installation: 

Observe tightening torque, refer to 61 62 2AZ in GENERAL ELECTRICAL SYSTEM - TIGHTENING TORQUES - X5 .

Detach wiper arm (1) with special tool 616 060 and remove.

Installation: 

Wiper motor must be in end position.

Adjust distance (1) between wiper arm and rear window edge.

(1) 32.5+/-2mm
