17 11 370 Removing and installing/replacing cooling loop for power steering

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
CAUTION: Make sure all parts are absolutely clean.
No dirt is allowed to enter the system.
After installation, bleed power steering.

Recycling:  Draw off power steering fluid from supply tank - do not reuse fluid. Observe country-specific waste-disposal regulations.

Disconnect quick-release couplings on hydraulic lines.

Remove radiator. Refer to 17 11 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING RADIATOR (M62, M54 AND M57) .

Remove cooling coil.
