Pairing The Bluetooth Handset With The Telematic Control Unit (TCU)

NOTE: Actions to be controlled on the vehicle. All actions that are controlled on the vehicle are described in the operating instructions for the option 638 "Professional car phone", which are provided in the vehicle.

Each Bluetooth handset must be paired with the Telematic Control Unit (TCU) before it can be used. Pairing assigns the Bluetooth handset to the TCU. After assignment, the TCU will automatically detect the Bluetooth handset when it enters the reception area.

NOTE: Couple the Bluetooth handset. The Bluetooth handset must be switched on in the TCU reception area (up to 10m) in order to couple it to the TCU.

The first time a connection is made between a Bluetooth handset and the TCU:
