51 12 051 Removing And Installing/Replacing Carrier For Rear Bumper Trim (M3, M3 CSL/Lightweight Design)

IMPORTANT: Foam part must be replaced when center section of bumper (carrier) is removed.

Drill out blind rivet (1) and remove grounding cable (2).

Release plastic screws (1).

Installation:

Observe tightening torque, (1.2 N.m.)

Release metal screws (2).

Remove center section of bumper (carrier) (3).

Release plastic screws (1).

Installation:

Observe tightening torque 1.2 N.m.

Remove foam part (2).
