67 65 511 Removing and installing or replacing drive for sun roller blind: Installation:
Only tighten screws loosely.
Unfasten screw and remove drive disc with linkage.
Position drive disk with linkage on new flat motor. The drive disk only fits onto the shaft in one position. The star in the drive disk is flattened on one side. If the drive disk has a hexagon guide, this guide must also be replaced. See further on in this document.
Pull out roller sun blind until the linkage on the left and right can be suspended. Reinstall retaining clips.
Supply the flat motor with voltage and allow the roller sun blind to extend and retract once completely. The extend the roller sun blind again until the linkage has a clearance of approx. 10 to 15 cm.
The clearance on the left and right must be roughly the same. If this is not the case, adjust the flat motor in its longitudinal direction and then secure.
