17 11 370 Removing and installing/replacing cooling loop for power steering

CAUTION: Make sure all parts are absolutely clean. No dirt is allowed to enter the system. After installation, bleed power steering. Refer to BLEEDING POWER STEERING SYSTEM .

Recycling: 

Draw off power steering fluid from supply tank - do not reuse fluid.

Observe country-specific waste-disposal regulations.

Disconnect quick-release couplings on hydraulic lines. Refer toHYDRAULIC LINE WITH QUICK-RELEASE COUPLING .

Remove radiator. Refer to 17 11 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING RADIATOR (M62, M54 AND M57)  .

Remove cooling coil.
