11 15 026 Sealing and replacing control valve for left engine vent (M73)

Unfasten screws (1) and remove control valve, (illustrated here on removed engine)

Installation: 

1. Fit manifold without control valve.
2. Control valve must first be fitted to neck (1) on cylinder head cover, then fitted to sealing face (2) of manifold.

Installation: 

1. On control valve, first press adapter (1) for cylinder head cover inwards.

Installation: 

1. Fit control valve with fitted adapter (1) into the cylinder head cover.
2. Apply good coating of anti-friction agent to adapter (1).

Installation: 

1. Fit control valve (1) to neck of cylinder head cover (2) and press control valve downwards, causing adapter to slide onto neck of cylinder head cover.
2. Screw control valve onto manifold.
