18 11 015 Replacing sealing rings (M60, M62, M73)

If necessary, remove rear underbody protection and heat baffle plate from front axle support.

Detach exhaust system at exhaust manifolds.

Slide back exhaust system.

NOTE: Connections between exhaust manifolds and exhaust pipes and catalytic converter only have sealing rings fitted to inside pipes.

Replace sealing ring.

Replace self-locking nut and screws.

Coat thread with copper paste - CRC.
