If necessary, remove and install complete sliding/tilting sunroof, see 54 12 210 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COMPLETE SLIDING/TILTING SUNROOF (FRAME)  .

Removing and installing roof-lining frame for sliding/tilting sunroof lid, see 54 12 132 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING HEADLINER FOR SUN-ROOF LID  .

IMPORTANT: Do not remove the roof lining frame mechanism (slide rails and guide/flexible lock) from the old sunroof frame (warranty will be invalidated); if necessary, use adhesive fabric tape to secure for transportation.
