52 24 015 Removing and installing / replacing backrest for rear seat (normal): Notes
Remove rear headrest, refer to 52 24 390 REMOVING AND INSTALLING / REPLACING REAR LEFT OR RIGHT HEADREST (NORMAL) .
Remove rear seat, refer to 52 24 005 REMOVING AND INSTALLING / REPLACING REAR SEAT (NORMAL) .
Rear seat backrest with seat heating:
CAUTION:
If necessary, disconnect connector connection prior to removal (risk of damage).
Unfasten seatbelt screw (1).
Unfasten nut (2).
Tightening torque, refer to 52 24 1AZ 52 24 REAR SEAT (NORMAL), MANUAL .
If necessary, disconnect connector (3) (seat heating).
Pull acoustic insulation (4) forwards and unfasten screw (5).
Lift off cover.
Unclip roller on seatbelt finisher and withdraw seatbelt band.
Lift rear seat backrest upwards to remove.
