51 43 150 Removing and installing or replacing trim for left or right door pillar (bottom)

Remove and install front entrance cover strip, refer to 51 47 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING / REPLACING THE FRONT (INSIDE) LEFT OR RIGHT ROCKER PANEL STRIP .

Remove and install rear entrance cover strip, refer to 51 47 030 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING THE REAR (INSIDE) LEFT OR RIGHT ROCKER PANEL STRIP .

Move front seat as far forward as possible.

Partially remove mucket from B-pillar finisher.

Unclip trim for door pillar at bottom towards interior (1) and remove towards bottom (2).

Installation:

If necessary, replace damaged clips and/or grommets.

L7 only:

Partially remove mucket from B-pillar finisher.

Unclip trim for door pillar at bottom towards interior (1) and remove towards bottom (2).

Installation:

If necessary, replace faulty clamps (1), grommets (2) and/or clip (3).

Replacement for L7 only:

Unclip wooden finisher (1) towards interior.

Installation:

If necessary, replace damaged clips and grommets (1).
