The ULF control unit includes the components for communication between the mobile phone and the components and functions in the vehicle needed to make a phone call

The ULF control unit also monitors and regulates the power supply to the mobile phone. In case of insufficient voltage in the vehicle electrical system, the power supply is deactivated.
