Removal & Installation (M Coupe, M Roadster, M3, Z3 & 3-Series)

Remove head restraint. Move seat as far forward and upward as possible. Remove seat belt screw and feed out seat belt strap. See Figure . Remove rear seat track bolts. See Figure . Move seat back and seat runners forward so they align. Remove front seat track bolts. See Figure . Disconnect electrical connector. Place cover over door sill. Remove front seat. To install, reverse removal procedure.
