Breakdown Call:

A breakdown call is only possible if option 612 "BMW Assist" is installed and if a breakdown recovery agreement has been concluded. "Breakdown Service" is displayed in the BMW Assist menu on the on-board monitor or central information display. Pressing the button establishes a telephone connection to the BMW Group Mobile Service. The vehicle's position is transmitted.
