Removal & Installation (3-Series Coupe, Convertible & M3)

NOTE: This procedure also applies to instrument cluster illumination control switch located to lower left of steering column.

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove insulation panel below left side of instrument panel. Depress fog light switch retainers from rear of switch. Pull fog light switch out as far as possible. Unplug wiring, and remove switch. To install, reverse removal procedure.
