Removal & Installation (318ti)
- Move steering column fully out and down. Place rags over steering column to prevent scratching. Remove 2 screws at top of instrument cluster hood. Push levers retaining instrument cluster connectors, and unplug connectors. Unscrew and remove headlight switch knob. Lift out instrument cluster slightly and pull cluster out to the left of steering wheel.
- To install, reverse removal procedure. Levers retaining instrument cluster connectors must be up when inserting connectors. Perform TEST 09: MILEAGE STATUS (IN KILOMETERS) and TEST 15: LOCK OFF/LOCK ON under TESTING.
