84 11 520 Removing and installing/replacing transceiver

If necessary, remove video module for on-board monitor.

If necessary, remove receiver module of Global Positioning System (GPS).

Release knurled nut and disconnect antenna plug (1).

Unfasten plug connection (2) and disconnect.

Release screw (3).

Withdraw mounting bracket (4) from guide and remove.

Installation: 

Ensure mounting bracket (4) is correctly seated.

Remove transmit-receive unit (5) in direction of arrow.

Installation: 

Ensure sealing strips are correctly positioned.

If necessary, replace sealing strip.
