Oil Pump: Installation
- Lubricate sealing lip of oil seal with ATF. Firmly seat oil seal using Seal Installer (240110) and Supplementary Ring (240111). Install new "O" ring from around oil pump. Ensure thrust washer, needle bearing, and additional thrust washer are correctly installed before installing oil pump housing. See Fig 1 .
- Coat "O" ring with ATF. Align marks made during removal. Install oil pump-to-transmission case bolts with new sealing rings.
