Brake Lines

Brake lines are now only supplied as straight units, cut to the correct length and fitted with a connection nipple. New brake lines are bent to the correct angle by using special tool 34 5 100. Use removed brake line as a sample for the bending operation.

1. Avoid damaging the protective layer on the brake line when bending.
2. Do not bend brake lines sharply or fold backwards.
3. Only tighten screw connections on brake lines using torque wrench. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
4. After completion of work, bleed brake system. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM  .
