Brake Booster: Removal

  1. Remove master cylinder. See MASTER CYLINDER  .
  2. Remove dashboard trim panel at bottom left. Press off clip and pull out pin connecting brake pedal to brake booster.
  3. Remove brake light switch. See BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH  .
  4. Unscrew hydraulic hoses on brake booster.
  5. Unscrew brake booster on pedal console.
  6. Remove brake booster and tandem brake master cylinder.
  7. Unscrew swivel on brake booster. Note distance for installation.
