Removing and installing glass sliding/tilting sunroof lid, see 54 12 115 REMOVING AND INSTALLING GLASS SLIDING/TILTING SUNROOF LID  .

Removing drive unit with transmission for sliding/tilting sunroof actuation, see 67 61 510 REMOVING AND INSTALLING OR REPLACING DRIVE WITH GEAR FOR ACTUATING SLIDE/TILT SUNROOF .

Slide mechanism to zero position.

Slide special tool 54 3 170 on left/right between guide (1) of positioner (2) and control link (3) (drive cables are now located in zero position).
