Shock Absorber: Installation

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Replace all self-locking nuts and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  2. When replacing the shock absorber, always ensure that the replacement unit is marked with the same code (K) as the old shock absorber. See Fig 1 .
  3. Install NEW seal between body and shock absorber.
