Disassembly Of Upper Valve Body
- Remove screws and separate upper left valve body (throttle valve) from main valve body assembly. Remove reverse inhibit valve, spring and retaining clip. See Figure -Figure .
- Remove modulator valve cover plate, modulator valve damper and spring. Note position of and remove modulator valve retaining clip.
- Remove modulator valve and kickdown valve and spring. Note position of and remove kickdown valve retaining clip. Remove throttle valve and clean upper left valve body.
