Removal (3-Series)
- Raise and support vehicle. Disconnect exhaust assembly and secure out of way. Disconnect final drive rubber mount and push down. Hold down trailing control arm using wedge of wood or similar item.
- Disconnect stabilizer bar. Support trailing control arm and disconnect shock absorber. Lower trailing control arm and remove coil spring.
