Rear Brake Shoes (With Rear Drum Brakes): Installation

Installation is reverse of removal.
Do not interchange automatic slack control mechanisms. Left side has right hand threads and right side has left hand threads. The thermo clip must engage. Note bends of return springs and install as removed. Replace return springs and thermo clip when replacing brake shoes.
If replacing brake shoes, replace all four and use the same make.
If brakes have to be bled, this must be done before adjusting the parking brake.
