Caliper Assembly: Removal
- Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheels.
- Draw off brake fluid with a syringe which is used exclusively for brake fluid.
- Disconnect brake line.
- Remove caliper mounting bolts (1). See Fig 1 .
- Pull off brake pad wear indicator plug on front left side and/or rear right side.
- Pull off caliper toward rear.
