Wheel Bearing: Installation

Press bearing outer races into hub. Pack wheel bearings. Coat hub cavity and bearing outer races with grease and install inner bearing. Coat shaft seal with grease and press in until flush. Reverse removal procedure to complete installation and adjust wheel bearings. See WHEEL BEARING ADJUSTMENT in this article.
